Turkey and financers of Al Shabab aka Qatar seem to be collaborating on new training exercises to teach Al Shabab fighters.
With Ethiopia sending 1,000 more troops , AMISOM sending 5,000 more troops, Djibouti sending troops and U.S. stepping up airstrikes in Somalia , it looks like Al Shabab could use some defense training too
