I really don't understand why we waste our energy on the green leaf aka khat. If you want to destroy a nation then it can only be done by harder drugs. Replace khat with crack cocaine or pure cocaine. The Ethiopian highlands are perfect place to grow and sell cocaine to Somalis. I have seen khat and believe me, it isn't that strong. These Abdis need a stronger drug and I believe the chemical form of khat could be enhanced.
