Somalis are just hot blooded people, when they are against something they go 100% against it. But traitors are filth walaale, they are getting millions in foreign accounts and manipulate people in their own clan by giving them pennies just to maintain some relevance. traitors job is to destabilise and keep somalia down.

I get where you're coming from but there are two considerations.

First - Every president we've had has been financed through foreigners most recently by Qatar. It's great that politicians being bankrolled by foreigners is now not considered acceptable. Hopefully that leads to more honest politics but the rules need to be clearly drawn especially since this is how elections have been run as recently as 2017. It should have been obvious and gone without saying but apparently we were all okay with it. Changing the political culture so drastically in one year or four is going to be difficult if at all. I hope it's successful but it will need to be thoughtout and done carefully.

Second - We may be hot-blooded but religious leaders should not behave like folks caught up in fadhikudirir and worse, use religion to prop up their arguments. That said they have come together and released a very balanced statement which is promising.
