You only hears about sixir in bosaso/hargeisa cities which are full of Oromo that brought and introduced that sixir business before that the Somali community was Sufi and secular who never practice witchcraft. Then later during civil war era the Somali community adopted Wahhabism culture that forbidden the witchcraft and sixir. This sixir business just started the last 5 years due to influx of Oromo illegal aliens to Somalia.
