Everything in Somali region belongs to federal government which is made up of Southern people, Oromo, Amhara and Tigray. The only railway that needs to be done is one that links up with Berbera-Mombasa and Sudanese port. Ethiopia doesn't need Somalia or Eritrean ports, it has Sudan, Somaliland and Kenya also Djibouti. I'm 99% percent sure that the river that's being damned isn't it in Somaliland. The only thing Ethiopia needs to do is ally with Somaliland. I hope to see a railway to Berbera in 15 years and also one that connects southern Oromia-SNNPR to Mombasa port.
