Ethiopia will have its first Oromo and Muslim PM

I don't usually bet but I'm 99% percent sure our next PM is Dr. Abiy Ahmed. It took me 2 hours of research about the reforms. The TPLF and SEPDM don't want to run for PM positions.

This comes to the ANDM which only has 1 candidate who's boring and useless. Nobody knows him that much and also he isn't educated compared to others.

The OPDO has 3 candidates...


What the EPRDF wants is young, educated and well liked person to reform the country and stop the endless blood-shed and protesting. Dr. Workneh is an old guard, Oromos don't like him much and Abadula is an old man. He isn't that liked also but Dr. Abiy is young, popular and a PHD holder also qualifies to run.


The ANDM can select Demeke and OPDO can go for Dr. Abiy....


The question comes to who can save the country? The questions is how will a Muslim on top in Ethiopia change horn of Africa and will the Muslims surrounding Ethiopia become more peaceful towards the country or more hateful?

Where are the Somalilanders????

Ethiopia will never be ruled by muslims. And if those "muslims" are Oromo, then all the more reason they should be kept well away.

The last thing africa need is 40 millions mindless oromo with 200 years of pent up oppression and frustration taking power.

The reason why U.S. never came to somalia's aid when Somalia invaded Ethiopia and the Soviets and Cubans teamed up against us is because President Jimmy Carter , a Christian, didn't want to see the historical Christian Kingdom of Ethiopia Destroyed by Muslim Somalia.

So as long as an Oromo Muslim PM doesn't threaten Ethiopia Christian heritage in any way I don't see the potential Muslim PM facing much outside scrutiny. Of course Somaliland will be amongst the first to extend congratulations to whoever wins the Ethiopian PM position. If it's Oromo this will be very good for the oromos in Ethiopia and the oromos in Somaliland. The oromo has been marginalized in their own homeland by the midget googley eyed disproportionate ugly ass Habashi, with a Oromo PM InshaAllah he will look out for his own people and use the ethiopian government funds to help the oromo Muslims who have been neglected. More development including masjids and schools should come to oromo villages.

It would be great news and Landers will be first to congratulate the Oromo nation for returning to their Menelik palace.

I am also sure 90% he will be Oromo but don’t know if he will be Muslim.

If that happens attitudes towards Ethiopia will change. It will be a huge shift and wise decision.

It will take weeks to announce the new PM.

No mate. Haile Selassie and Lij Eyasu were second maternal cousins. Lij Eyasu was the grandson of Emperor Menelik II. Menelik’s daughter had Eyasu with Ras Ali Mohamed of Wollo.

Menelik’s sister was married to Ras Makonnen and she had Ras Tafari (Haile Selassie) for him.
