Somalia continues to show political maturity

One of the most challenging things the country of Somalia has faced over the past two decades has been political stability brought upon by lack of trust and cohesion between the various tribal groups that live in the country. The successful formation of federal member states, a functioning parliament with it's various committees, the highest number of foreign diplomats and envoys in the country, is a visible barometer of the level of political stability and how far the country of Somalia has come over the past few years.
The absence of overt infighting between the two men with the highest position of power in the country is a sign of a shift in culture. Despite the challenges faced by the security forces, I believe the more difficult battle is being won. Soon with time a coherent command structure will take shape and insecurity caused by random acts of terror and lawlessness will decrease in-frequency.
