True, but clan is part of our identity bro, its both a strength and a weakness, it depends how we use it. Ahmed Gurey was just a young Somali lad like most of the Somalis posting on here, he managed to unite the clans in a time when we were so divided, and he turned that unity into Adal empire, Siyaad Barre did the same thing, he united the Somali clans and turned Somalia into a regional super power. We need a young Somali lad to do the same thing as his ancestors, Mohamed Abdille Hassan united alot of clans against the British empire. In our history we have always been a power to be reckoned with when we are united, and when we are divided we never achieve anything of significance.
