Historical video of AIBO-Islamic front for the liberation of Oromia

Postby Waachis » Sat Apr 28, 2018 3:29 pm

this was filmed apparently near Jigjiga somewhere in eastern oromia/ethiopia.
i'd guess in the 80s, or early 90s, during their fight with the tplf led eprdf, but not sure?

this is AIBO Adda Islamaa Bilisumaa Oromo or the Islamic front for the liberation of Oromia.

Another Wahabi topic by our under cover Obbo-ISIS.

Very dangerous ideas and goal is to wipe out non-Wahabi Ethiopians; Muslims and non-Muslims.

sharing a historical video has nothing to do with wahabi-which doesn't exist.
secondly, if your dumb ass knew about this group, you'd know they did time in berbera prison, because they refused to fight under the somali abbo title, that siad tried to force on them.
try again, kid. you keep failing.

The one in the video looks exactly like our former leader Garaad Makhtal Dahir.

By the way, the flag at the end is hilarious.

yeah his name is shaykh Jaara, Allah yarhamu.
he served 5 years in berbera prison because he refused to fight under the title somali abbo.
basically, he didn't wanna help siad barre illegally annex oromo lands in the east and south east.
he was trained with Palestinians and Yemenis.

and lol why is the flag funny?

The oromos and the ogadenis were sent to military training in Syria, when they came back to Somalia they went to a mission to fight in harerge region where they gained some successes in defeating the ethiopian empire armies over there.

Sorry, i meant the map....

It's funny because they took a huge chunk of our territory, as you can see.

yeah if siad didn't get greedy we would have both been free by now. but it's okay, it was Allah's will. we submit to it, and just have to struggle more, going forward. mistakes were made on both sides.

yeah i do not agree with the map myself. same way i do not agree with siad barre claiming all the lands up to the awash river.

I forgot to tell you that our leaders were also arrested during the 1977 war with Ethiopia, our leaders warned siad barre about invading ethiopia but rather that he should heavily arm us along with the oromos and instead raise our flag in every territory we captured.

Before the invasion in 1977, we gained huge goals in fighting the habesha for example the fight that took place in the haromaya area. The ethiopian army were mostly focused on the eritrean and tigray fight and had most of their military over there while they sendt old armies who fought in the adwa war to fight us

I have a video of one of our WSLF leaders who took part in those wars being interviewed but its in somali so you wouldnt understand.

You are absolutely right that siad barre made huge mistakes during the war.

Yea man, even isayas afewerki the leader of the eritrean peoples liberation front, visited what was known as the ogaden, and advised against using the regular somali army because that would invite foreign interference.

But we cant change the past. We just have to learn from the past mistakes and never repeat them.
