The governor of occupied Gedo decided to show up in Beledweyne for photo opportunities only after General Gebre told him so. The General was not pleased that Ethiopian army was busy evacuating the civilians of Hiiraan, Bay and Bakool while the Governor pretended to care about 17-year old kids.
