Wrong mindset on Farmaajo’s national prayer day visit

Postby Farsamayqaan » Sat Jun 02, 2018 8:26 pm

This is relating to this thread

https://www.somalinet.com/forums/viewto ... 0&t=391741

In the thread people are only focusing on the hug and supposedly going to the wrong podium. It’s true the hug is humiliating but we saw even more cringeworthy stuff with Hsm bowing down to dead Kenyans.

But what shocked me is the contents of his speech

The national breakfast prayer is a Christian event in its essence, and has somewhat changed into a political gathering. Where they bring a pope/pastor and pray together for the nations success. Farmaajo attending the event can be forgiven since globalisation requires most leaders to be uhumm compliant.

Laakin the way he says
It’s a great day to pray for peace and reconciliation and coexistence regardless our religious coaffliations. We all believe in one God.
For some that might be alright. Christians are people of the book, but in reality they worship jesus and believe in the holy trinity. Look at the prayer Lord Michael Hastings makes for Kenyatta and Odinga

You know unfortunately satan is still out there. You know when good things are happening sometimes he creeps in and catches his honour blindside and we want to make sure this that this isn’t going to happen now. What we are going to do is pray for our leaders..we always do that and we will pray that they will have the wisdom of Solomon and the courage of David and the patience of Paul and we know that’s going to happen. But I want to do a special prayer and ask you to be tolerant here because everyone likes long prayers except me..sometimes God might get confused(subhanallah) not knowing just what our message is. What I want to do is have the shortest prayer in the history of the 16 years you have had this event. So I’m going to ask you to hold hands around each table...each one of you..the one sitting next to you. Alright are you ready? Are you ready god? Yeah yeah(subhanallah). I pray for total reconciliation of Kenya and its leadership...and we pray this in Jesus’s name right now Amen.
Subhanallah its a Christian event praying to Jesus and my man says we believe in One God. Wallahi it’s sad that Muslim leaders have to stoop so low to appease gaalo. People are talking about how can he hug Kenyatta? The man who is building a wall in our land, stealing our ocean and in turn has the cheek to ask for the Somali gov support in getting a seat in the UN Security Council. Bro forget all that my man doesn’t seem to recognise that the Christians don’t just believe in One God but in three.

It may not seem like such a big deal to sum. But things like this show we want so much recognition from people who literally just a while ago were carpet bombing our miskeen Somali brothers in Gedo region. May Allah bring our pride and honour back.

Do you think he held hands in prayer? Vote now!

Actually forget the poll it’s Ramadan. Inshallah let’s make dua Allah gives us strong leaders who have balls and protect our deen.
