State taxes are no more than enough to run the state themselves. We will never go back to capital country status. Today we don't just have a functioning capital city but a functioning country. Something very hard to find in Africa. We need to continue to grow the economy by double digits. Federal government needs to get fully involved in restoring the country including supporting the War against the Traitors in North Somalia publicly. Pay the warriors and continue to supply high tech karbash weapons to finish the job.Idoor ka & Doowldad diidka say Dowlada uu nacabyihin maad araag!! Walaahi they Hate Hawiye the most & want Somalia to be destroyed!! They laugh when there is bombing in Muqdisho!

All States need to pay taxes a percentage of their income from Airports & Seaports.
