Why Is There Such Thing As Ethio-Somalis When There Aren't Ethio-Afars, Ethio-Amhara Or Ethio-Oromos, Ethio-Tigreys etc?

Why is it that in Ethiopia the Somali regional State is the Only one out of all Ethnic based Regional States Authorities that have the affix 'Ethiopian' to its peoples ethnicity name and its official name?
I mean why "Dawlad Dagmeedka Somaalida Itoobiya" (Somali-Ethiopian Regional Authority) and not simply DAWLAD DAGMEEDKA SOOMAALIDA (Somali Regional Authority)

The Afar Peoples State is simply called the Afar Regional state (though the ethnic Afars are natives and have territories that spread over in 3 different countries).
The Tigrey are spread over 2 countries and yet the Tigrey regional state authority is not called Ethio-Tigreys Regional State. As are the Oromo (natives in Ethiopia as well as Kenya) but you will never hear such thing as Oromo-Ethiopians or Oromo-Ethiopian regional State.

The Afar region is NOT called Ethio-Afar region to point out that it is in Ethiopia. Neither is the Tigrey people's region is called Ethio-Tigrey to point out that it is in Ethiopia same goes for the Oromo and all the other ethnic groups regions ONLY the Somali region and people have affixed the word 'Ethiopian' in its name.

And same goes for all other ethnic groups. NONE have affix 'Ethiopian-' to emphasise the Ethiopiannness. Except the Somalis.
