KhAlid Ali you are right that Majority of Sool and Sanaag is in the hands for Somaliland forces, but 90 percent of Sool is Harti and at least 50 percent of sanaag is also harti.


A lot of clans also settle in Mudug which includes Marehan and Dir. Galmudug is a paper state it only has two functioning cities Caabudwaaq and cadaado. plus no one settles in middle jubba so that stat on middle jubba is fake. just look at a google map and see middle jubba no one is there. Gedo population is at least 700000

As we all know since Somalia has adopted federal system, puntland has been trying to turn that system into qabiil system, where north mudug, sool and sanaag join puntland because of qabiil shared kinship, but fortunately the Government of Somalia and every political body UN, EU AU and USA are very much against that, because they all believe that what puntland is doing will open Pandora's box, where every clan will claim to expand and annex because of his qabiil living in another state (Like Hawiye and Raxanweyne, will claim half of jubooyinka and Gedo because Hawiye's and raxanweyne live there), the action of turning federal system into a qabiil state is dangerous and prone to civil war.

Thankfully in the eyes of Government of Somalia, EU,AU, USA and UN, Mudug belongs to Galmudug and Sool and Sanaag belongs to Somaliland, the constitution (Abdi Qeybdiid is the Head) will be completed this year and will state that puntland is only Nugaal and Bari, mark my words.

As for Ethiopia politics we have dominated Ethiopia kilil politics in the 1990s. And we're United nation ambassadors for Ethiopia.
