The weak Oromo like Macha (they are more Bantu and Nilotic than Oromo), Afran Qallo and Borana want to run away from Ethiopia since they know Amhara will dominate another 3000 years but the Amhara-nized Yejju, Rayya and Tulama believe in Ethiopia while Arsi resents the Abyssinian establishment and their unforgettable crimes. After all Abyssinian empire wiped out 5 million Oromo like their goats for eid al Adha.

Also if you know history, Amhara always used some Oromo to either expand, get back on power or increase their institutions---Ethiopiawit.

There is no sign of anything called Oromia as a secessionist state. There is no ban or belittling the flag of Menelik. There is no talk about Oromo injustice or "finfine". There is only Ethiopia.

As long as their institutions, their nationalistic views and language are at the forefront, they are happy and now they gotto fly their flag.

If Isaias, the Amhara, some of the Tigrais, Yejju, Rayya and Tulama agree, they will be a powerful unit.

whether you like it or not Amhara is already in advance stages of returning to Menelik Palace. Their problem was TPLF and once that's removed it's home sweet home. They know how to charm Amhara-nized Oromo and their half sons. They have done it for over 600 years.
