abiye ahmed performence so far

Postby Typhoon » Fri Oct 26, 2018 5:24 pm

he has not achieved anything so far, he is busy with cosmetic window dressing and populist rhetoric.

the biggest test i have for abiye ahmed is EPRDF reform, judicial, media liberalisation and military reform, otherwise he is another autocratic ethiopian leader that start good but ends up being worse then the one that preceded him.

people forget meles was greater reformer then abiye in his early days, meles actually did structural reforms unlike abiye.
abiye is more pleased with appeasing foreign liberal observers and media personality then actually doing the structural reform that the prison that is ethiopia needs.

abiye ahmed should be held accountable before the 2020 election otherwise the ethiopians will always live under autocratic rule if they dont demand freedom.

remember the golden boy meles how he started and how ended up
abiye so far he got D-

Axmed abiye is a student of males zenawi. How can you compare the student to the master. Axmed abiye Is just a symbolic win for the gallas since they were second or 3d class citizen in Ethiopia. His biggest achievement is reaching out to the xamasien dictator of asmara and settling on the badme conflict with afewerqi and perhaps bringing back olf. Give him 2 years He will do fine he has an amxara wife he has an amxara deputy. The royal family of Ethiopia will guide him I guess.

that doesnt mean anything.
we want a systematic change otherwise we have another egypt

abiye so far acts like a steward of ethiopian economic, political and security structure and not like a reformer.
there is no check and balance, he cuts of internet any time he pleases and locks people up without a due process.

what did ina ilay do that other ethiopians didnt do, the war criminal Samora Yunis was given a medal for his service while ina ilay a war criminal is paraded on tv.
what about the tplf illigally aquired assets in addis ababa weather business or real estate.

i told the onlf guys should have thrid party meditators either french, brazilllians or seasoned american former senator like sam nun, richard lugar, chuck hagel or senator dashel

abye ethiopia is a farce, a facade and a potemkin village

I’ve stated this long ago, Abiy is a no one. No change, just different faces and genders added to the table. The only way that country will see a change is when the EPRDF is removed. ODP, TPLF, ANDM and the southern group are all in one coalition with the same ideology and policies.

For true change, the OLF must become a major player within Oromia, a Somali political party added to the leading coalition with a higher number of representatives in the government. The souther people, Gambela, Binishangul and Gumuz states should also see an increase of representatives as well. States should have more power to rule and govern their territory and resources and schools, hospitals and development should be some main goals of the leaders if they want any change.

I don’t see this happening, instead I see every ethnicity getting ready for civil war. Tigray doesn’t trust Amhara vise versa, Amhara and Oromo don’t trust one another, Oromo and Somali etc.

We just have to sit and see what the EPRDF does to trigger this war.

The Ethiopian political change is like Husni Mubarak being replaced by Sisi.Today Egypt is more fucked up then when it was under Mubarak.

EPRDF is galvanising power and rebranding itself but its the same chameleon only the colors have been changed to camouflage with the environment. This killings are meticulously planned by EPRDF which will usher in a Marshal law which will enable the govt to ruthlessly subdue opposition and hyjack any true progress made. The CIA brought in Abye they are the ones that are pulling the strings. Can you beleive the civil servants havent been paid till todate. The Somali Kilil is in economic stagnation.

Abiy Ahmed is a good leader a 1000x better than failmajo. Abiy Ahmed has been praised worldwide, he made peace in the whole of the Horn of Africa. Failmajo is struggling with FMS. Give Abiy Ahmed where credit is due.

Fixed.

Why do I think that isaaq seem to be more Ethiopian that the rest of Somalis?even an Oromo is suspicious of Abye but Isaaq seem to think Ethiopia is a district of Hargeisa.
