As long as tplf exists, it has the potential to start conflicts, it hasn't given up it's intent or desire to cause chaos and benefit from it.
Tigray cannot prosper if it's cut off in the north and south, so it needs peace with at least one side, Eritrea or oromo, amara, afar....

Djibouti has to realize Ethiopia cannot afford their prices for sea access, and Eritrea is offering almost free access to the seas.

Waachis you are right jabuuti ports are very expensive but assab and massawa should and cant be an option berbera is the only option for ethiopia assab and massawa are free for you because they were always under abyssiniya or Ethiopia. As for olf as Isaaq we have no issue with them any more its an oromo xabasha sttuggle for power with in itoobiya. And we support the good olf who support somaliland and sadaat interest in the horn of africa.
