OPDO the same dogs that allowed my relatives in Balbaleyti to be displaced even though they spoke better afan Oromo than these Naftanyas who speak it with heavily influenced Amharic accent.He’s not Borana. OPDOs constitution allows anyone who can speak, read and write the language. That’s why there are Ahmaras who speak Oromo in it, and hence why they are hated by a lot of Oromos.
