Believe it or not Somalia can have similar projects north & south.
There is enough oil offshore Somalia to finance decades of infrastructure building.
The problem is lack of leadership.
Dubai and US trying its best to prevent Chinas incursion into Somalia or the Horn of Africa at large.
No wonder the US foreign policy uses both villian and hero characters in Somalia.
We all know AS is like Daciish as it has no grass root support in Somalia.Their leaders are hardly seen and their fighters wear niqab which brings the suspicion thay it is led by foreign intelligence probably CIA as they seem to never run out of finances and what they get from somalia is megre as we know that AS is very corrupt and their leaders also embezzle funds.The other hand is the UN sponsored government which has backing from the USA foreign secretary.
