My concern with Cagjar was the way things were going in terms of effectiveness and speed. I felt he was bit slow...too slow in fact.
I am glad he admitted and now wants to speed things up. I welcome that.
I'm still waiting for his Government to give me green light to fence off 5km sq land in Daroor zone.
