So if oil exists in Somali fat cats from mogadishu, bosaso, hargeisa and etc will provide services, think of the guys who do businesses in khat, transportation, telecom, xawala, produce goods and real estate. Folk don't understand the fgs is the sole authority when it comes to the offshore licenses.
This isn't some tuulo in Somalia.....we're talking about 15-20km offshore.
The fgs will sell all the offshore blocks which will be secured by the dozen or so navies currently patrolling the Somalia.
P/L will receive it's fair share like every other region......no regional govt can scupper these deals.
