It's a fradulent scheme of NGO and the UN. These starving people didn't just materials now, they were there since the last draught and now they are been paraded in the media for professional tuugsi.

That might be the case this number is just too big, and all of the sudden hitting all news media outlets same time. I hate NGOs and have zero trust for them. Somaliland goverment should either confirm the news or kick these fools out of their State.
