Madaxtooyada Cadaado is privately own entity Galmudug use to pay rent, last few month since Xaaf moved to Dhuusamareeb there was no rent Galmudug Cadaado army moved out Owners militia moved in temporary and now vise versa rent will be paid and local Galmudug army moved in.
