The Godey conference was supposed to be an all inclusive Kilil 5 Somali conference but Cagjar thought he could fool Somalis by giving his Ogaden 500 delegates thus re-asserting the lie that Ogaden is overwhelming majority in Kilil 5.

What I most like about him is he invite his opponents to have their say. And always beat them in their own game.
