The point is the government will not tolerate mooryaans cheating the system and taking double or triple salary or clan militia getting paycheck and attacking native clans in Marka or Galkacyo as it used to happen under Hassan Shiikh. When was the last time you heard Barxaarley folks attacking northern Galkacyo? When was the last time you heard Guriceel folks attacking the native people in Marka ?
