Again the 1960s is re-enacted Hawiye / Daarood sharing of power while reducing Isaaq to a sub-clan of Dir, let alone changing anything the Daarood intensified their clannish plan to monopolize all power and use the Hawiye as a stepping stone . Puntland , Jubalanad and a regional presidency in the Ethiopian Somali region and a presidency of the federal government , a total encirclement of Hawiye in Somalia. Now astoundingly the former Italian somalia has 3 president all Daarood and the 4th in Ethiopia as the president of the somali region , dispossessing the majority in both somalia and ethiopia , all that was achieved with the Hawiye collaboration . why? nobody knows .
