EU were funding SL throught the SDF and the US through the USAID. EU and US were funding the federalism throught the federal Govt and Amisom. Now the US has announced it will offer direct funds for all regions.

EU had meeting with PL, Galmudug and JL over not channeling the funds throught the federal Govt. Last time I checked Hirshabelle were heading Nairobi separately to ask the same thing. It's actually good for SL bc the warsangali planning and international cooperstion minister tried every thing to not renewing the special arrangement for SL and now he lost regions the former govt were representing them! This guy his region "lag lagaMA hadli karo" since it will angry PL too and he puts his nose in our affairs. All this banadir state stuff is just a symptom of the problem. The problem is somalia is not built on a strong foundation. As it stands now somalia is hawiye and raxanweyn. Darood behave as autonomous regions while still wanting to control the central governent which is un heard of. On top of that dadkaad uu cagajooglaynasaan instead of being good guests. Darood must decide if they want to be part of somalia or of somalia is meel ay rabaan inay xoog iyo propaganda ku qabsadaan. Since 1960 till today there has only been 7 years where darood have been ruled directed by someone not from their clan.
