The only way Mogadishu will ever have a sway over these rogue clan enclaves, is to build a strong military capabilities and caburis the greedy calool u shaqeystayaasha to submission. Time to do away with the federalism bull crap.
Didn't someone try that? oh wait, someone did try that, it worked for a while before it destroyed the country to the point of no return.

This will be the straw that broke the camel's back for the IC to finally deal directly with the States wich will make this Govt a non existant and the possibility of Xamar electing its mayor who will join the states(notice how madobe and daani support this wich will make it unanimous). Than this govt will be done even in Xamar. IC will be having a meeting on Somalia tomorrow. Farmaajo has lost another chance to make reconciliation. I heard kheyre was there "si aan loo xaman" specially states encouraging their federal mps if the PM has to be changed and keeping the status quo will benefit Kheyre. Let's us wait for the IC to make save Somalia before the HAG conference after ramadan.
Stop crying Sahal. There is no way that the IC is gonna deal with the states over the goverment and Farmaajo and Kheyre both are gonna finish their terms.

Deni and Puntland looks like the biggest winner now alongside Waare and lafta gareen. All have good relations with Farmaajo while the political losers Madoobe and Xaaf dont know or understand when their time is up. :dj:
