This is just Somali parochialism......this village, that village....that subclan ,this subclan.....its all bullshit...typical Somali zero sum game.....ie if that subclan/village get a position or expenditure then it must somehow take away from my village/subclan.

Every regional governments have fractured into 2 different opposing groups... great thing that N&N achieved so far. Big disappointment.

It's hard to say whose at fault.....as has been pointed out every region is split into waring factions.
