I think Warsangali might be weakest link of the entire north they have no economic footprint. Isaaq has coastline, livestock, and major port. MJs have average port and coastline, Dhulbahante has no port or coastline but at least they have some livestock. Warsangali on the other hand have nothing but a coastline. I don’t think it’s worth it for Somaliland or Puntland to fight over dusty eastern Sanaag taking care of these Warsangali lands will always be economic drain on either side
