They intentionally run over 2 local Somalian soldiers and 1 civilian. And they left their Bodies in on the road. This not the first, second or third Time amisom armored vehicles over run innocent Somalians on the road. They do it multiple times every year, so why they do it ? Fear ! And the so called Somalia government can't handle local security , they too are afraid of their own people and they mostly rely on mosevini troops.
