She isn’t lying he was jailed for his anti colonialism in the Seychelles. He was anti Colonial until he was scared of the Sayid Taking his power, they fought and he was defeated by the Dervishes, he seeked help from the British, which was supporting you guys too, he gained his territory and rule back, later he was Jailed by the British. Everyone was trying to protect their title & territory. He overthrew His Father Garaad Cali Garaad Shire so that his uncles wouldn’t take power from him!
You were all Under Italian, British, French & Abyssinian rule which you supported don’t bring others down with Fake wadaninimo.

When you state something as truth it better be......saying Mereexaan "was the only Darood" and later implying Dhulbahante signed a treaty with the occupier by saying " the majority of Dhulbahante didn't " which means some did and later giving a reason to imply some Dhulbahante "turned after the harshness of the Sayid" is kind of bending facts to suite your lie that Mareexaan " the only Darood clan that did not sign a treaty with the occupier"MX was the only Darood clan not to sign treaties with the colonizers. We fight the British in Jubbaland. And we joined the Darawiish along with some Dhulbahante clans. Some were anti Darawiish. Maxamed Zubeer of the Ogaden were colonial dogs, but Cawlyahan rebelled with us in Jubbaland against the British. Cali Geri was loyal to the Sayid. Hawiye were irrelevant to even sign treaties and Isaaq were brought out of their mountains and made into the Somaliland camel corps. Issa signed one with the French. That how it was. Majority of Dhulbahante didn't but some turned after harshness of the Sayid. Majeerteen were Italian lapdogs. That only rebelled after the fascists took over. Before that, they were partners of Italy.

The fact is Dhulbahante had two Garaads then and neither them nor any chief under them ever signed a treaty with the occupier..........here is the clans that signed them treaties in with the occupier in Somaliland
• Haber-Awal tribe 4th July 1884 in Berbara, Signed by 29 elders.
• Habar-Toljecle tribe 26th December 1884 in Karin and Hiis, signed by 21 elders.
• Isse tribe 31st December 1884 in Sayla , signed by 21 elders.
• Gadabursi tribe 11th December 1884 in Sayla, signed by 11 elders.
• Habar Garhajis tribe 3rd January 1885 in Maydh, signed by 19 elders.
• Warsangali tribe 27 January 1886 in Bander Qasim, signed by 17 elders.
Therefore with all due respect to Mareexan they don't holld the spot of the " only Darood tribe that didn't sign a treaty with the occupier"......

You should read the Churchill and mad mullah book it tells you exactly why. They where never offered a treaty the treaties were for the coastal tribes. The British were not sure if dhulbahante came under the raaciyaad of majeerteen who had a treaty with the Italians. The British didn't want to claim them as they would have to give consessions in other areas of Africa to the italians. The dhulbahante garaad was begging the British to offer him protection until he was beheaded and humiliated in his land.

Being a signatory doesn't make all those in the tribe traitors and not signing does not make all in the tribe patriots.....actually the Dervish leadership in the north consisited of all the Somaliland tribes......and those who fought against the Dervish in the most vicious ways were Dhulbahantes who were in direct colloboration with the invading occupiers..................as for why dhulos were absent for now i would take Yusuf's assertion till i know better...........When you state something as truth it better be......saying Mereexaan "was the only Darood" and later implying Dhulbahante signed a treaty with the occupier by saying " the majority of Dhulbahante didn't " which means some did and later giving a reason to imply some Dhulbahante "turned after the harshness of the Sayid" is kind of bending facts to suite your lie that Mareexaan " the only Darood clan that did not sign a treaty with the occupier"MX was the only Darood clan not to sign treaties with the colonizers. Dhulbahante never lived in somaliland coast , at that time the British were not interested beyond the somaliland coast. So this is the only reason why dhuloos were absent . I think same goes to the other interior clans like the ogaden of hawd, jidwaaq iwm, they didn't sign any treaty with the British.
