Very surprised to see General Caare and his unionist aligned movement (UAM) were able to replenish and regroup from their base in PL. I thought the General was all talk but he has tapped into the growing resentment of Eastern SL against Muse Biixi.

If the General is able to maintain a presence in the area and Muse fails to crush the rebellion, other groups will be emboldened to start their own resistance groups to confront the Hargeisa administration
