No idea.......what I would like to know is there a connection between the Bantu of Shabelle and those in the Jubas?
I believe the Somali bantus in Jubboyinka speak Mushunguli/Zigua and are descendants of people from Tanzania, Malawi and Monzambique. The others either speak regular Somali or Maymaay and are native riverine people that were in region even before ethnic Somalis migrated down south.
Caloofi is a gaaljecel subclan native to Jowhar area.
First time hearing of them. The only Gaaljecel subclan I know is Doqondiid/e.

So
Galjecel. Is majority
In jowhar? ma mininkaste ba minin galjecel.
Naa jareer is the majority most likely. They are second largest in numbers in the city.
Where is abgaal?
I thought it was either shidle or Abgaal town.
Malin walba landeere ba langaab noqonayo. Uma abayelayo :mindblown:
Abgaal is the largest somali clan after Ogaden sxb. And they control jowhar since 1991 and live east of mahadaay weyn start from Mogadishu from the coast all the way to xaraardheere in Mudug.

Which of the Jareers have more Somali admixture ....the Northern (Balcad) or southern (Kismayo) ones.

I ask this because I'd like to breed with a Jareer woman and start a bush family inshallah.

I don't want the Bantu genetics to be overpowering....just to incorporate certain physical traits while keeping the Somali aesthetics.
PS which ones are more culturally alligned with Somalis.
