Sool is 1/3 isaaq. 1/3 of the district is HJ caynaba district.
As for Cayn there is no such global called cayn. It’s part of Togdheer region and makes up less than 5% of Togdheer. It’s only Buhoodle village and 4 toolo, let’s not forget half of Buhoodle is DDSI. The qurjile are still bitte they lost caynaba more than 100 years ago and resulted to naming a district after it.
As for Sanaag it’s 3 district.
