Caare is holed up in the mountains......apart from a few guerilla attacks there isn't that much he can do.

It seems that his biggest card is the possibility to spark another iidoor civil war.

He is going to surrender like xaglatoosiye and the other militia I have never said he was wounded. Somaliland govt is not going to give him a war. That's what he want kicin bulsho. Muse is a gurrele fighter him self and knows the tactic. Caare wants attention and he is not going to get it. But he will surrender eventually I don't know the terms but his surrender will come.
