Not weakness. as i said in another thread, he is putting the ball in Farmaajos court and pushes the narrative of heshiis. after his inaguaration a month later he is going to Nairobi and kenya is facilitating for him important diplomatic meetings besides his inaguaration event scared the govt by blocking airplanes from entering Kismaayo so before these meetings in nairobe he wants to show his local and regional and mucaarad support.
