Actions have consequences. Dani won’t go because he has a lot to lose if he leaves the roost.

Who owns it and what will the government do or what can they do if Jubba Airways decides to continue to operate without a license? I sense a little fudeed in the governments decisions. Would not have been better to speak to the ownership of the Airline and put pressure on them to issue a public apology for their transgression. The airline could in turn have blamed an employee and or a shareholder and distanced themselves from what happened.

Abdiwahab,

You are right it will send a strong message, let's see how the mucaarads responds to it will they continue to back madoobe or distance themselves from it.

Turbulence it will mean that jubba airways cannot fly to Somalia from another foreign country within aomalia let's say from somaliland to puntland they can still operate as the government cannot legally force them. However jubba airways don't own their airplanes they lease them. All the government has to is forward jubba airways breaking international airspace and the leasing company will demand their airplanes back.

Turbulence, it was FUDEED for them as a BUSINESS to partake in political controversy (who the fock manages this company?).

It was actually beyond fudeed when you realize air traffic control is no joke and that if Somalia was a developed country with air force, they would have LEGAL JUSTIFICATION for shooting down that aircraft in controvention of and ACTIVELY ignoring/hiding from Somali civil aviation directive and authority.

For example, there are 12 aircrafts crossing Somali airspace EVERY SECOND. To say Somalia is strategically located is an understatement.

Now that Somalia has jurisdiction over its airspace with Somali civil aviation authority taking responsibility for directing traffic, what if an accident or something happened because the authority made a decision that did not take into consideration the existence of Jubba Airway's illegal entry.

This is no joke.

Somalia has lodged a serious complaint against Kenya for allowing this aircraft to depart from Kenya without prior clearence from Mogadishu. A country can NOT allow an aircraft to depart from its territory that does not have clearence from arriving country!

So the miltary plane carrying Ethiopian commandos to shed blood of somalis in Kismaayo got a clearance from Xamar?
Seema there is no government.
Saxib the more Failmajo acts like MSB the more the country will disintegrate.

No Uncle Sam or IC can help you try to suppress a community in their native land period.Use every language you want but Kismaayo will be a grave yard for Farmajos kins.

Turblence All these aircraft are wet leases which means the aircraft and crew are provided by the owners. You pay for the hours of use. A strongly worded letter to their Greek, Kazakh, Ukrainian owners will ensure that the break their contract.

Farmaajo is better off bending the knee, and pledging allegience to libaaxa geeska africa, of course after a lengthy apology and seeking forgiveness.

He's wasting the bit of time left picking on battles he'll inevitably lose.
