All four of Guudlaawes Lieutenants are gone, the last killed a few days ago like you've mentioned. The deputy governor today. RIP to them.

Hirshabeelle is a fiasco. Waare is an NGO who is accumulating more money than arguably any of the other regional presidents since there is zero accountability as to what he does with the funds allocated for Hirshabeelle and Guudlaawe rarely leaves Xamar.
