Not fully related to ur post but why does 1 sub clan of puntland have presidency for 25 years+? Do they have a power sharing agreement where 1 sub clan controls Bosaso, 1 gets presidency etc. I mean somaliland even gave presidency to non-isaaq for 5 years.

Sheikh Sharif shared the presidency with Faroole and Sharif Sakiin, and had three prime ministers. Thank god we moved away from that era of chaos on the national stage, and now we have one President and one Prime Minister.
