why cant these fiefdoms like galmudug, puntland, jubaland etc just disappear and somalia just have the old regions it had before 1991. even if we did keep federalism for dalka, we should apply it properly meaning the central government is in full control over the whole country and that federalism becomes based on the old regions that existed before 1991 e.g. mudug bari and nugaal each existing separately instead of the three being part of a single enlarged region
