Sxb this is good. I made a post few days ago saying it would be nice to see mucaaradka n dowladda competing on who pay the most. Atleast now shacabka are benefiting.

I am actually quite happy about this, it is a positive thing. We say allah knows best there intentions but this is a good action.

I very much doubt if they're expecting Xasanaat for their troubles but are expecting to gain political support and votes from the Somalia populace.
