60s electoral system to be more likely adopted

in the 60s people were voting for their mps then the parliament will elect the president. Lebanon has this system.

The country is now waxaa looga taliyaa/ruled by beesha caalamka most powerful after that is the parliament. Govt, Mucaaradka amd maamulgoboleedyada are all in the same boat.

let me just explain to you that the electoral commission led by xaliimo qawaareey is more like pro Farmaajo/N&N so every thing they suggest represent the interest of the ruling group

another one is more independent or its filled with pro mucaarad and Kheyre mps 15 mps. some how, every time this one wins! example they rejected "people" voting for the president directly this is how "xoogaga wadaniyiinta" plot failed and who rejected it? the parliamentary committees and behind it Kheyre!
this makes it kheyre 1- Farmaajo 0

now wha'ts the next agenda? No extension for the president but again the electoral commission came up with a plan says this; "when the parliaments term comes to an end and nothing is ready yet there will be six month extension if nothing ready current parliament will be voting for the president. this is kheyre plot in exchange of direct voting for the mps with Farmaajo wich means more degmo to vote than Kismaayo and Garowe where he has no control. again this waxaa lagu celinayaa the parliamentary committees and they gonna reject the parliament extenstion(halkaaa waxaa isku khilaafey mucaaradka iyo kheyre) but the mps will likely to be elected directly i think most mps like to be elected in their own subregions than in kismaayo and garowe and jowhar. example my hiiraan mps are pro going to baladweyne. forget about Farmaajo and mucaarad i think this option moves the country forward(mps getting directly elected by their constituencies)
to bring the stalemate to an end all must partake this process(Dawlada, maamulgoboleedyada, xisbiyada mucaaradka)

what about PL and JL? they gonna partake it soon. for JL and the govt they have to reach heshiis. ahmed madoobe waxaa la dhahay "There was no federal govt facilitation role" so "his election was unconstitutional" meantime "this Govt has committed unconstitutional trespassing upon the regions local affairs like it did in baidoa and is doing in Gedo"

so they have to reach a compromise but im afraid if Ahmed Modobe goes to Xamar things will get complicated!
