The poor and Low Middle class Darod didn't leave Mogadishu, they rationally though that it was all about government change, they did not have resources to leave Benadir and convinced them-self that nothing was going to happen. Majority of them were Majeetein and had deep hatred for the Siyad Barre government. This poor souls waited for General Aideed to declare a new government and build a better Somalia, they said we are not leaving Mogadishu we have been here for generations this is our home and a Somali Capital. We don't have connections money or any power we are nobodies and have done nothing they said.... later this poor souls will be tortured in a bestial way , raped and murdered often by neighbors.... may they rest in Peace Amen
