what has this got to do with N&N? give credit where credit is due. secondly this is only America. ilhan is changing abit after defending Somali telecoms now she secured American debt relief for Somalia. do you know that Somali regions are part of this?

The US holds the most of the debt Somalia has via the Paris Club. If they cafis the deyna, that signals to the other debt holders to forgive the debt such as the EU and the gulf states. All the Western powers are tryna forgive the debt, it's a gold rush to do business with Somalia as it has natural resources and strategic location. Go learn monetary policy and geopolitics. This out of your HAG league, sxb

"do you know that Somali regions are part of this?"

one of the conditiions is to have a federal and regional tax systems. debt relief is like lifting of the arms embargo either all somalis support this or stood against it. debt relief will will impect on all regions since the money will be given to all so they must have collective financial system. for example hirshabelle must unite tax system in jowhar and baladweyne than say this is our budget maxaad noogu dareysaan? its not just about Xamar based N&N faan faan kismaayo must do the same garowe must do the same jowhar must do the same baidoa must do the same so they can get budgetary support and loans and grants.

beyle is now in kismaayo with regional finance ministers. this what happens when you have kids who dont follow politics and the worst they live in the dictatorship era abd dont know the country is diverse and has many stakeholders
