From the 1980s till now its been a strategy thats been in the works, and man Unfortunately they were smart as hell. Really think about it, this strategy takes advantage of many traits Somalis have:
-Intense fervor for what they believe in
-Feistiness when you feel you’re being invaded
-Sense of pride literally dying for what you believe in
-Not being a well read educated society
-No real history of single rulers
When Somalia’s enemies saw a Somalia that wanted to dominate not just the horn but Africa they decided to support and infiltrate these criminal groups like Itixaad which became ICU which became Al Shaydaan. Now you have a Somalia that can be destabilized easily anytime at the snap of a finger. Literally millions of hungry, illiterate youth who’s life sucks and are ready to die and get the ‘xural cayn’ forever. Sucks but it is what it is.
