Also while actual construction started in 2018, the actual project got the go head in 2015 while Shariif Sakiin was the president of Southwest State and Qoslaaye was in Villa Somalia.

there is not a single piece of evidence, where is says the government spend $4.3 million on this project. But I think in this age of fake news it would be better for the government to show much money and time was spent on each development project.
