It depends on the voters. Who are the voters and where they are based ? Once you identify who are the peaple who is voting the parties and the destinations allocated for them. Then you can easily figure out the potential winners and loosers. If the voting is happening every district in puntland and benaadir . Then you know both khayre and farmaajo led parties have no chance.

The MJs and hutus will only vote for the parties led by their own leaders. In every sense this election will cause more instability and irregularities. The 4.5 is the best system somalis ever had . I don't understand who suggested this one man one vote bulshit. Direct Elections are the mother of qabyaalad because somalis don't accept defeat. Somaliland is a good example of how American style democracy causes conflicts between rival Clans. Democracy means winner takes all there is no room for equality. Kkkk you’re angry when anyone mentions the possibility of any president other than an abgaal one and how i explained its virtually impossible that there will be an abgaal President so now hirshabelle might be at threat.

It is always important to make sure hawiye don’t become a raaciyad as that is very dangerous no amount of saviour or protector will make a difference.
