A plot on Jazeera beach if u can afford. That will be heaven.
I hate to say this because its Hawiye dominated area, but Jaziira is prime property :meles:
The beach in Jazeera with the palm trees is owned by a Sacad buddy of mine. He also has jet skis which makes for a hell of a experience. Next time I am bring my snorkeling gear plus a shark spear gun Incase those Zambezi sharks come around.

:blessed:
Beautifull wallahi who needs the Caribbean sun when you can get superior Ray's of sun from warsheikh . Wallahi I miss it ,I found the YouTube video of this and its 10:40 mins of beauty. That background melody sounds familiar, who sings it ? it sounds like shareef killer aun or luul jeylani tune .

Warka sheikh has soo much potential

What I like about it just like nimoow iyo abaay dhaxaan it has a long stretch of shallow water .

@ -0:40 mark you can see the long stretch of shallow water .
With bunch of redwood ,canadian spruce you can build nice boardwalk and overwater bungalows like these

Instead of living space design it into big restaurant/lounge that connects and have the revenue generated go back to infrastructure of respective deegan . I would definetly volunteer if I can get help on a design and few hands . It doesnt even have to look half as good as the above video .

Look at this it only took two indhoyars

👍🏽

Your buddy is getting jazeeradah famous mashallah , my young cousins get rid of a truck load of fruits straight from afgooye in Jazeera alone on fridays now a days .

Why snorkel when you can deep scuba dive ninyaho .
I always wanted to scuba dive by warsheikh and the entire banadir coast. I got the feeling there could be minted coins and artifacts bottom of that coasts .
