The other fishy thing is the lawyers who was defending somalia during HSM got all fired and replaced them with Paul Richler, prof Philippe Sands n prof Alain Pellet who are less experienced n cheaper. Gov choose them based on money and not experience.I'm with Abkow on this one......there is definitely more to this than meets the eye.

What has the sea dispute gotta do with civilians killed in Gedo? Secondly Hassan sheikh was the man who took Kenya to court to begin with. He has every right to criticize the government and ask questions. Because even the small saqiirs can see something ain't right.
