Mark my words Kenya will win it. After a secret heshiis with nabad iyo nolol.
Well said.
f-king N&N traitors like Aabo like son.

They will sell the waters and claim madoobe did it.
Exactly bro. There was no outrage from either Kheire,Farmaajo or the foreign minister last time it got postponed. It wont be this time either. Dude a guy on fb wrote last time the decision was postponed that it will get postponed again and it did.

Many ppl have a feeling there is a heshiis that the case will continue to get postponed until.2021. Then Nabad iyo nolol will use this as a excuse for extension. Kenya will win the case in the end n nabad iyo nolol gets their extension= win win.
Me in October 2019.

Look at murax

Abkowdhiblaawe,

Bro, waad waalatay. Waxaaada waa just outrageous you believe what you want to believe. So Farmaajo controls the ICJ?

I'm with Abkow on this one......there is definitely more to this than meets the eye.

I wouldn't put nothing past Farmaajo and his klansmen.
Don't forget these are the same people who signed the NFD and Ogaden over just to remain in power.

Signing the sea over is like selling a goof by comparison.
I'm interested to hear from HSM.....it was his forward thinking that saved the sea in the first place. :notsure:
The other fishy thing is the lawyers who was defending somalia during HSM got all fired and replaced them with Paul Richler, prof Philippe Sands n prof Alain Pellet who are less experienced n cheaper. Gov choose them based on money and not experience.

It's like they want to fail.

Hassan sheikh Mohamud using the exact same argument as me. He mentions Muna Sharman, Xeer ilaaliyaha qaranka and how everyone who was involved got fired by this current government. Eat your words sxbayaal we have the ex president who took Kenya to court confirming what I've said months ago. Y'all better give me credit

Great credit for you Abkow you hit the nail on the head

IMHO Mr HSM should be the candidate not Sharif as this maritime dispute overshadows Sheikh Sharif badly plus I feel that HSM is both more of a statesman as well as a thinker
Wallahi o billahi I should be a political analyst
No no be a political advisor to a policy maker or an administrator to start with. Make a difference instead of talking on the sidelines

Unlike 99% of forumers here aniga gartay waan qaata. I also don’t shoot the messenger in this case XSM, even if I was mot a fan of them. There were some hard questions there. This is a horrible look for N&N, and I’m there should be more of a protest, appeals filed, etc. This case was supposed to be N&N’s crowning achievement. This Government leaves without this in Feb 2021 it will be a huge shame. To literally add insult to injury Kenya bombs Gedo right after. This is N&N’s lowest moment.

The world authorities will choose Kenya, and in fact most other countries, over Somalia.......that's the price for being a failed state

Eebow you can make a thread about this. But if you are gonna use this as an argument well what your doing is nothing but "Rag iska dhicis". How is your post relevant to the topic?

What has the sea dispute gotta do with civilians killed in Gedo? Secondly Hassan sheikh was the man who took Kenya to court to begin with. He has every right to criticize the government and ask questions. Because even the small saqiirs can see something ain't right.

HSM said Kenya is not our enemy immediately after a deadly attack by kenya on Somali civilians in Gedo region, you mean to tell me his speech and the attack was simply a coincidence ? :)

I don't need to make a thread that's redundant you already made this thread which is about the same topic, stop crying for culusow is he your dad ?
